Crema al Caffè with Water

Ingredients:

  • 50g coffee granules
  • 250g cold water
  • 200g sugar

Instructions:

Put the coffee granules and the sugar in a bowl.

Add the cold water to the bowl. You can place the water in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for it to get cold.

Whisk all the ingredients together until it becomes a cream. It will take a while, the use of an electric whisk is advisable.

Spoon the Crema al Caffè into serving glasses or bowls.

Serve immediately.
